What I’ve Been Up To

While terrible at updating my website, I promise I’ve been working on plenty!

For close to a year I’ve been working on a game jam that turned into a demo project, it was a great opportunity to dig around doing some technical design in Unreal Engine. While still a work in progress, you can check it out here:https://lemonborn.itch.io/sherlock-ghostly

I also made the trek out to Burbank this fall for my first Game Sound Con, and had a blast. I met new people, old people in person, and got to nerd out on just game audio for a while. I’ll definitely be back next year.

One of my big takeaways from GSC was that I really enjoy technical design and working in Wwise, and have been spending plenty of time seeing what it is capable of. I also built a new PC that has been handling Unreal, Wwise, and Reaper all simultaneously without breaking a sweat, and I feel lucky to be working on such a great machine.
